Our services also include representation before public authorities and regulators.

We invest time in understanding the businesses of our clients in depth, enabling us to act as a full partner in negotiations – or, when needed, to lead negotiations on the client’s behalf. Work does not stop at the desk; we provide support directly on-site, helping to resolve issues within the client’s environment. We consider frequent personal meetings as a must in order to deliver truly tailor made solutions.

Transactions and Business Growth

We guide our clients through the process of acquisition and sale of companies, and through investments and investor exits. Since these are often extraordinary events for a business, the way legal services are delivered is carefully adapted to such an extraordinary situation. Our services are not limited to legal advice – we actively support transactions in all aspects. We actively search for acquisition opportunities, and we connect the company owners with investors. Our portfolio always includes businesses seeking investors or companies looking to grow through acquisitions.

We manage the transaction process end to end – from preparing a company for sale, through negotiation and structuring, to transaction closing. We are experienced in smaller and large-scale transactions across industries: from engineering and logistics, through energy, to IT, startups, and creative projects. The goal is always a smooth transaction and full protection of the client’s interests at every stage. In our transaction work we place particular emphasis on risk analysis in acquisitions and clear allocation of liability in company sales, always in close cooperation with the client.

Attorney with more than twenty years of experience in commercial law. His professional background was built in international law firms Wolf Theiss and Norton Rose.

He co-founded the law firm Novalia focused on supporting growing businesses and innovative projects. Alongside his work for startups, he continued to build on long-standing experience in transactions and strategic legal advisory for established companies from traditional industries.

The founding of STRATEDORS was a natural continuation of his career – with the aim of delivering legal services strongly connected to the business of the clients.

Her practice builds on experience across different areas of law and participation in international student projects. While a student, she gained insight into the workings of public administration and joined a law firm specializing in criminal and family law, where she provided legal assistance to victims of crime.

At the law firm Novalia, she focused on advising entrepreneurs and companies, working with clients across sectors such as healthcare, media, and industrial manufacturing. She now develops this expertise further at STRATEDORS, supporting clients in both their everyday operations and long-term strategic decisions.
